Tier 1 -- $995 per month
This plan is the foundation for Keys to the Capitol. Far too many federal lobbyists are getting rich, drastically overcharging for what equates to only a few hours of work a month. Tier 1 is Washington's first affordable lobbying option. It outlines a clear set of basic representation needs that will ensure Congress is aware of your needs. We will help tailor your message and identify your issues. Furthermore, we keep you abreast of DC happenings and will quickly alert you when a major legislative threat is heading your way. This is all capped off with a monthly report clearly outlining the work done and meetings taken on your behalf.
Includes:
- Initial consultation to understand your needs and issues
- Registering and maintaining status as your federal representative
- Quarterly meetings with federal stakeholders
- Formulation of your issue paper used in our meetings
- Receipt of Congressional Climate™ daily emails
- Legislative Issue Alerts (as appropriate)
- Personally tailored, monthly report
- Easy access to our K Street offices and all of our staff
Tier 2 -- $1,995 per month
Our second tier is perfect for a client with clear government affairs issues. If you have previously been affected by legislation, or fear you may be in the future, this plan is for you. Tier 2 includes everything in Tier 1, as well as detailed Congressional bill and regulation tracking and analysis. When a bill is introduced, we will follow it through the process, keeping a close eye on any advancement or changes and offering you our recommendations regarding the bill's potential for becoming law. Should you decide to take specific action, we will already be ready to act on your behalf.
Includes everything in Unlocking Your Voice, as well as:
- Detailed Congressional bill tracking and analysis, email updates and action recommendations
- Detailed Congressional regulation tracking, analysis, and e-mail updates
- Pertinent committee hearing attendance and e-mail updates
Tier 3 -- $2,995 per month
Our most inclusive offering is an all encompassing plan for our clients that seek to create change in the halls of Congress or the Administration. This option covers proactive efforts such as securing government funding and establishing a competitive advantage. This plan is also the choice when seeking to ward off harmful legislation or regulations. We will take all the steps necessary to make sure your issue is resolved. Along the way we will provide you detailed analysis of our work and adapting as appropriate.
Includes both of the first two tiers plus:
- Thorough evaluation of the legislative or regulatory changes you seek
- Formulation of a comprehensive plan of attack
- Strategy sessions to assess and refine efforts
- Preparation of all required correspondence
- Drafting of any specific legislative or regulatory language
- Meetings with federal stakeholders (as necessary)
TIER LEVELS ARE FLEXIBLE: move around within them as needed. Tier 1 is offered as a month-to-month basis. Both Tier 2 and Tier 3 require three-month minimum commitments. Keys to the Capitol is a truly full service group of federal lobbyists. We can accomplish virtually any government affairs task you require. However, unorthodox and/or extraordinary work requests falling outside the scope of Keys to the Capitol's traditional tiered pricing structure will require a specialized quote.
